Returns and Exchanges Overview
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on items in their original condition. Please note that engraving fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. Should you have any questions regarding our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Exclusions:
- Engraved bangles and watches are not eligible for return.
- Custom name plates are non-returnable.
- Items that have been improperly packaged or shipped without insurance will be returned to the sender.
- Items that have been worn, resized (by a jeweler other than Ways Jewelers Inc.), altered, or damaged in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
Engraved Rings: Return or Resizing
Rings that have been engraved may be returned, exchanged, or resized (excluding special orders). However, the $49.99 engraving fee is non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
Returns or Exchanges Within 30 Days of Receipt:
For Returns:
- No return authorization is required.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice or email order confirmation.
- Securely package your return in the original packaging, including all original boxes, materials, and certificates (e.g., diamond appraisal certificates, if applicable).
- We recommend shipping via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Ensure the package is signature-required and fully insured for the value of the item.

For Exchanges:
- No exchange authorization is needed.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice or email order confirmation.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a note with specific exchange instructions, including the stock number of the item you wish to exchange for.
- Ship the item using FedEx, UPS, or USPS, ensuring the package is signature-required and fully insured.

Returns or Exchanges After 30 Days
Items returned more than 30 days from receipt are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received, it will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance team. You will receive a refund to the original payment method or an exchange within 7 business days.
Important: Ways Jewelers Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Excessive Returns Policy
Ways Jewelers Inc. enforces a three-strike policy for customers exhibiting high-risk return behavior. High-risk behavior includes:
- Returning 10 or more items.
- Returning items with a total value exceeding $10,000.
- A return rate of 75% or higher.
Strikes will not be applied in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., items that are damaged or incorrectly listed).
Customers who accumulate three strikes will be restricted from placing future orders with Ways Jewelers Inc.
If your account has been flagged due to excessive returns, we encourage you to contact us prior to making any future purchases so we can address any concerns or questions related to your order.
